HE CHARGED US $35 cash only and no receipt for a "supposedly" new battery. Two weeks later the phone died completely. We took it to another T-Mobile store to see what was the issue. Come to find out they gave us a old used burnt out 2015 battery!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS
